Human Services Advisory Board
An advisory board for Lycoming-Clinton Mental Health/Intellectual Disability Program and Lycoming County Children and Youth Services. The Board meets quarterly with the MH/ID and CYS Administrators to receive administrative updates and to review, evaluate and make recommendations regarding programs and services for mental health, intellectual disability and children and youth consumers in our community.
