The mission of the Lycoming County Assessment Office is to accurately and equitably value all real estate, as efficiently and cost effectively as possible while maintaining good customer service and a quality work product. Also to keep informed of and implement any changes to the State statute that affects the assessment process and to learn and grow with technology and new techniques.
Lyco Online (New version of Court House Online) is up and available for subscription. Individual home owners are able to look at their information by entering the long form parcel number into "Step 1" search by pin number. For those who wish to access all parcel information and search by specific criteria, we are offering an annual subscription of $ 700.00 per year. Those interested should hit the log in button and hit "Need Account" .
