EFFECTIVE JUNE 1st, 2025 -- Lycoming County Resource Management Services Transfer Station, located at 1475 West Third Street in Williamsport, will no longer accept roll off containers or hook lift trucks (packer trucks still accepted). These trucks and containers must be brought to the LCRMS landfill located at 447 Alexander Drive, Montgomery for disposal. This change is due to multiple factors of raising issues these volumes create to the Transfer Station facility and equipment. To effectively maintain and operate this facility, we can no longer accommodate the roll off containers/hook lift trucks bringing waste. This must be brought to the landfill for disposal. The landfill hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:00am until 4:15pm and Saturday 7:00am – 11:45am.
