Mission Statement

The goals and objectives of the Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts office, the "Chief" records keeper of the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas are to improve customer service and staff productivity and to improve the art of "record keeping" through implementation of innovative technology that will enhance access to all documents filed in this office.
